Institut Epsylone is committed to your satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the
conditions under which refunds are available for our online training courses.
I. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD (LEGAL RIGHT)
--------
**14-Day Withdrawal Right**
Under French consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase
within 14 calendar days of order confirmation WITHOUT providing any reason and WITHOUT
incurring any penalties.
This withdrawal period does NOT apply if you have explicitly requested that the training
course begin before the end of the 14-day period. By enrolling in a course that starts
within 14 days of your purchase, you acknowledge understanding that you are waiving your
right of withdrawal.
**How to Exercise Withdrawal**

**Refund Processing**
Once your withdrawal is received, we will process your refund within 14 days. The amount
refunded will be the full purchase price. Refunds are issued using the original payment
method.
II. CANCELLATION POLICY (AFTER WITHDRAWAL PERIOD)

**Important:** Once the 14-day withdrawal period expires, our Cancellation Policy applies.
After the withdrawal period, cancellations are subject to the following conditions and
cancellation fees:
**A. Cancellation More Than 30 Days Before Course Access**
Refund: 70% of course price
Retained amount (non-refundable): 30%
You may also request a free transfer to another available course.
**B. Cancellation 15-30 Days Before Course Access**
Refund: 50% of course price
Retained amount (non-refundable): 50%
This applies if you have not yet accessed course content.
**C. Cancellation Less Than 15 Days Before Course Access**
Refund: NOT AVAILABLE
Retained amount (non-refundable): 100%
This applies if you:
– Cancel within 15 days of scheduled course access
– Fail to show up on the course start date
– Abandon the course after accessing it
– Access course material but do not complete the course
Once you access the course platform, you forfeit your right to cancellation.
**How to Request Cancellation**
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing:

Include your order number and reason for cancellation (optional).
**Refund Processing Timeline**
– Cancellations approved more than 30 days before: 30 days
– Cancellations approved 15-30 days before: within 30 days of approval
– After course ends or deadline passes: no refund issued
Refunds are processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days
for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
III. DEFERRAL (COURSE RESCHEDULING)
--------
Instead of cancelling, you may request to defer (reschedule) to another course date or
available course.
**A. Deferral More Than 30 Days Before Course Start**
Cost: FREE (one-time only)
You may defer to another available course session at no additional charge.
**B. Deferral 15-30 Days Before Course Start**
Cost: €50 TTC administrative fee
A deferral fee of 50 euros applies. This fee is non-refundable.
**C. Deferral Less Than 15 Days Before Course Start**
Not available. Cancellation terms apply (see above).

Include your order number and preferred new course date.
Deferral is subject to availability. We will confirm your new enrollment within 7 business days.
IV. SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES & EXCEPTIONS

**Force Majeure**
In exceptional circumstances beyond anyone's control (pandemic, natural disaster,
governmental action, etc.), we may:
– Postpone the course indefinitely with full refund upon request
– Offer an alternative course format if available
– Provide full refund if no alternatives are suitable
Proof of force majeure events may be required.
**Financing Organization Cancellation**
If your course was funded by a third party (OPCO, Pôle Emploi, employer, etc.) and they
withdraw funding:
– You must notify us immediately
– Standard cancellation fees apply (see Section II above)
– The funding organization may be billed instead, depending on agreements
**Defective or Non-Conforming Course**
If the course does not match the description or contains errors:
– You have 7 days from course start to report issues
– We will offer a refund or replacement course
– No time restrictions apply to quality defects
V. WHAT IS NOT REFUNDABLE

The following are NON-REFUNDABLE:
– Materials or resources downloaded or accessed (even if later deleted)
– Partial course refunds (all-or-nothing basis)
– Administrative or processing fees
– Certification exam fees
– Any courses marked as "non-refundable" or "final sale" at purchase
– Deferral fees already paid
– Costs incurred for third-party platforms or tools
VI. FINANCING ORGANIZATION LIMITATIONS
--------
If your course is covered by a financing organization (OPCO, Pôle Emploi, Region, etc.):
– Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment
– The organization may place restrictions on refunds
– We will coordinate refunds with the organization
– You may remain liable for any balance not covered
VII. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If you believe you are entitled to a refund outside these terms:

3. If unresolved, you may request free mediation

take effect immediately upon posting to the platform.
The Refund Policy in effect at the time of purchase applies to your course unless
subsequently modified in your favor.
We will notify you of significant changes via email.
