The Seller is a continuing professional training organization specializing in brief therapies (Ericksonian hypnosis, NLP, EMDR-AC, Enneagram, Psychopathology). It offers professional training and educational materials, commercialized through its online platform (Thinkific).
The description of the training courses and services offered by the Company can be found on the online platform.
ARTICLE 1 – SUBJECT MATTER

These Terms and Conditions determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of online sales of training courses and services offered by the Seller through the Thinkific platform.
ARTICLE 2 – GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") apply to all sales of training courses or services conducted through the Thinkific platform and are an integral part of the Contract between the Buyer and the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by publishing a new version on the platform. The applicable Terms are those in effect on the date of payment (or first payment in case of multiple payments) of the order.
